Our leadership team is comprised of:
Michele Ward, Senior Designer and Principal
· Established the company in 1998.
· Has over 18 years of experience in design (both print media and Website design), illustration and photography.
· Taught Design for 2 years as an adjunct instructor at Texas A&M University-Commerce (formerly ETSU).
Christopher Ward, Senior Web Developer and Project Manager
· Has over 15 years experience in Web development and technical support.
· Performs all aspects of project management, including - gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, managing resources, programming/development, training and support.
Charles McKeever, Senior Web Developer and Marketing Manager
· Has over 16 years experience in Web development and technology support.
· Performs all aspects of internet marketing, including - blog development and promotion, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), ad/article/email strategies, affiliate programs, analytics and technology training.
And then there’s Princess Natalia, the resident cat who owns the place. Her daily task is to figure out which office window provides the most sunlight at any given time of day. She excels at pulling rubber bands out of the desk drawer and makes a wonderful paper weight (usually on the project you’re working on)!
